Structure principle

Actuator made up of cylinder, piston, gear type, output shaft, cylinder heads, bearings, guide rings, piston bearings, adjusting bolt, O-type ring

Principle: connecting shaft connects actuator and valve. After inputting air pressure to cylinder, function at piston, produce a certain thrust, geared output shaft driven by the piston, so that the output shaft is on the rotary to drive valve shaft rotation, so that ball valve ball body resulting in the rotation, change the flow area of valve ,achieve the  media flow.

Features :

V-ball valve ,simple flow path, small flow resistance and therefore greater flow capacity.

Adjustable ratio up to 300:1, is much greater than through single-seat control valve.

With high sealing level: leakage level of soft sealing structure: GB/T　4213　Ⅵ; leakage level of hard sealing structure : GB/T　4213　Ⅳ

Convenient switching of positive, reactive way, just rotate 90º of initial position of valve spool .
