Controller adopt spring tube sensor, used for density controlling and monitoring of SF6 gas.
1.Physical basis
The density of SF6 gas in sealing container ρ=m/V, mass m=f(P T), when V= constant(absolute sealing), proportional to ρ and m, then can get relationship of SF6 density and pressure, temperatureρ=f(P T). So density meter can be designed by pressure meter principle, and same time should measure the temperature. When T= constant, ρ=f(P). It tells that when temperature is constant, can measure density as pressure; when temperature changes, should adopt temperature compensation method, make measurement of pressure truly reflect the density
2.In sealing container, pressure of SF6 can represent the density of SF6 at the same temperature. Normally we use pressure of SF6(20℃) as the represent value of density. So, the specification all use the pressure of SF6(20℃) as scale value. When environment temperature changes, if SF6 density do not change, then controller should be the same indication. So, controller should be with temperature compensation.
