This soft sealing gate valve using no cavity structure, surface of valve body and bonnet using epoxy powder coat, surface of flashboard using rubber, can isolated the taint, the sealing of valve stem use “O” sealing ring instead of filler, ensure the reliable sealing. Structure features

1. The whole valve cover stem design, compact structure; stem nut and slide ,the two structure, no jamming phenomenon; direct access, no vent to stay cavity; stem seal using "O" seal ring.
2. Have excellent corrosion resistance, shell, the outer surface coated of epoxy resin, enamel lining the inner surface when necessary; connecting bolts using hex bolts, the top using rubber seal.

3.Reliable healthy epoxy resin according to standard GB/T17219-1998, gate using rubber, valve stem、stem nut using stainless or bronze material.
