QFH air filter regulator is auxiliary unit of pneumatic instruments, it filtrate and clean the supply air of air compressor, can be adjusted to needed pressure to regulate pressure, offer air supply for all kinds of pneumatic instruments

Structures principle

Air filter regulator designed according to force balance principle, made up of hand wheel、given spring、cover、membrane components、shell、ball valve、filter elements and so on.

When air supply input air into air filter regulator, first through filter room, clean the air. Regulate hand wheel to produce thrust, then open ball valve, until output pressure reach given valve. Pressure regulation is that output pressure get into feedback room through feedback hole, then produce an upward thrust, then compare with given pressure of spring, when reach balanced state, output pressure will be stable.
