This product used in highest or other places of pipe, exclude air of pipe to dredge pipe, so it can work normally, if do not install exclude valve, the moving liquid will produce heat, form circuit, make that the outlet capacity do not reach requirement, second, if power is out when pipe running,, there will appear negative pressure of pipe, cause the vibration and rupture of pipe, exhaust(absorb) valve quickly absorb the air into the pipe, prevent vibration or rupture of pipe

Working principle:

When injecting water to tube, plug stop at the open position, exhaust large number of air, when air is exhausted completely, water get into valve, float floated by water, transmitting plug to position, stop exhausting air; when water of pipe is normally transmitted, if air gather to a certain extent, water level come down, float come down, air come out from hole. When the pump stopped and tube is empty of water, or inside tube produce negative pressure, plug open, absorbing air, ensure safety of pipeline.

This valve is cylindrical, mainly there are float of stainless steel and plug.

This valve used at the exit of pump or pipeline, for exhaust large number of air, increase efficiency of tube and pump, and if producing negative pressure of pipe, valve quickly absorb air, ensure pipeline not damaged by negative pressure
