This series of products include unification-based thermocouple resistance, platinum resistance which introduce Rosemount technology, hot-type thermocouple for high temperature and pressure, multi-point thermocouple for synthesis of sets of towers, tanks etc.
The product use waterproof-type junction box and satisfy petrochemical environmental requirements. Fixed thread standards in line of JB/T5219-91 and JB/5583-91.
B-type fixed flange is flat welded steel flanges (JB81-94). It is equivalent to the standard Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5010-58, HG5019-58) with a smooth sealing surface. The nominal pressure Pg = 25kgf / cm2 and can be applied to general required occasion.
C-type fixed flange is also flat welded steel flanges (JB81-94). It is equivalent to the standard Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5010-58, HG5019-58) with a convex-concave sealing surface. Nominal pressure Pg = 25kgf / cm2 and use for toxic and hazardous media. It has a strong anti-leakage performance.
D-type fixed flange is welded steel flange (JB82-94). It is equivalent to the standard Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5016-58) with concave-convex sealing surface. Nominal pressure Pg = 100kgf/cm 2 and applied to the occasion where have certain requirements for sealing and pressure.
