Fluidized bed dense phase region,temperature range 0~1100℃. Medium contains pulverized coal and H2S、SO2、NH3、CO2 strong corrosive gas. The washing strength of fluidized material is very strong.
Fluidized bed rare region, temperature range 0~1100℃.The fluidized material has strong washing strength and contains corrosive gas.
2. Entrance of cyclone separator, temperature range 0~900℃. There is high-speed airflow about 25~27m/s at entrance and contain granular media. It has strong washing strength.
3. fluidized bed slag cooler, temperature range 0~800℃ and contain granule and CO、CO2、SO2、H2S corrosive gas.
