Anti-integral saturation regulator is made from DTZ series electric regulator. It just adds anti-integral saturation limiter on DTZ. In the automatic status, integral signal will not exceed the upper limit or lower limit and when the input bias changes the polarity, the regulator's output can be adjusted in time according to PI without integral saturation phenomenon. When in the Manual Status, the regulator has no output limit and has a better ability to deal with incidents.
This regulator can avoid integral saturation phenomenon which caused by long-standing bias so that process parameters can achieve a given value and access to the normal adjustment state.
