This series valve is normally closed, under the pressure of media of entrance of pipe, then overcome the force of spring, make valve open. When the pressure of media of entrance is lower than exit, spring push the spool to seat, make valve close, stop the media return.

This valve using spring support spool, so can choose vertical or horizontal installation.
